Trio Lescano

Sometime I like to refer back to some of my old favourite records. Today is the day for a beautiful female trio from the 1930s. The three girls were born of an Hungarian father and a Dutch Jewish mother. They were from Holland, where they made their first vocal steps.
Then they left their motherland for Italy, and became Trio Lescano over there. The youngest sister was only 15 years old back then. However, they took Italy by storm.
Band leader Pippo Barzizza, with his orchestra, recorded many of Trio Lescano's highlights, remembered that they were hard workers. I guess that's one of the reasons that their songs and harmonies are so free, light and full of fresh air.

So, let's give an air for three sisters: Alexandra, Judith and Kitty Leschan, which remains three young and beautiful girls - Trio Lescano.
